1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99ab ("99ab", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99ab online gaming platform available at https://99ab.bio and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms and conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 99ab Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 99ab operates an adult-only service and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• Online casino gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your country, state, or province of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before opening an account or placing any wager.
• You have not previously been excluded from 99ab or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion agreement or mandatory exclusion order.

99ab reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be withheld until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money services on the 99ab Platform, you must register a single personal account. One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration and at any subsequent time requested by 99ab, you are required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This process requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) – front and back;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation, bank statement header);
• Any additional documentation that 99ab reasonably determines is necessary to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99ab will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 99ab Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99ab supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (or as displayed on the cashier page, which may be updated from time to time).
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method; mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within a few hours of approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit. 99ab does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 99ab reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds and to request source-of-funds documentation before processing such payments.
• All deposits must be used for genuine gaming activity. Deposits that are withdrawn immediately without adequate play may be subject to an administrative review.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 99ab sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the Platform at the time of placement. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 99ab does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious technical error has occurred as determined solely by 99ab.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the decision of 99ab's compliance team, informed by data from official sources and certified game logs, shall be final.
• 99ab reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, market, and accumulator. Current limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface.
• Cricket betting at 99ab covers PSL, international Tests, T20Is, ODIs, and other major tournaments. Match abandonment and rain rules are governed by event-specific regulations published on the Platform.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 99ab Platform are provided by third-party software developers whose products carry independent certification from internationally recognised testing laboratories confirming RNG integrity and statistical fairness. 99ab does not control the underlying game code but requires all game providers to maintain current certifications as a condition of supply.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Players should treat casino gaming as entertainment and should not rely on short-term RTP data to predict future results.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session that results in an incomplete round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 99ab will not be liable for any purported winnings arising from games that did not complete correctly due to technical failure.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

99ab offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus principles applicable across all 99ab promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired unclaimed bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• 99ab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, collusive play, or placing low-risk lay bets to satisfy wagering requirements – is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ab Platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false personal information or identity documents;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems or data;
• Money laundering or using the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform employees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99ab Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements is the property of 99ab or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of 99ab is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ab's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 99ab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from use of the Platform. 99ab does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that any technical malfunction will be resolved within a specific timeframe.

11. Privacy and Data

99ab collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 99ab does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12. Responsible Gaming

99ab is committed to responsible gambling. Players who feel they may be developing a problematic relationship with gambling are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 13. Amendments to These Terms

99ab reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 99ab will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 99ab holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through 99ab's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted via the live chat support channel or in writing to [email protected]. 99ab will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
